Carrier Oils are used for cooking, health and beauty, like EOs, come from plants (leaves, seed or the whole plant). Mineral Oils like baby oil do not help with essential oils. You will often find Olive oil ready at home to use. You can go to local health stores or organic sections of grocery stores to find products.

There are different kinds of soaps; the kind of soaps that are organic and not made with animal fat. Butters are healthy fats from nuts. You can also use water, beeswax, clays or powders. Each have different properties with the goal of healing and living healthy in respect to the world.

Products you can find at home to use with essential oils: baking soda, cornstarch, vinegar (white and apple cider), water (tap, distilled, well), food, epsom salt, and more.
Examples:
*Jar with holes on lid, baking soda and drops of EO. Shake to refresh the air. After about a month, you can reuse it to clean your toilet with vinegar. *A glass pump jar for Dish Soap, mix Castile Soap with water and EO to make your own dish soap. |
* Epsom salt for your feet or a bath: one cup and several drops of your favorite EO to either relax or give energy.
* 5 drops of lemon in a microwavable bowl of water to help clean your microwave and leave it fresh smelling (2-3 minutes should be enough, then wipe clean). |
